Most coverage of initial public offerings reads like a press release — the deal closed, the stock priced, the bankers collected their fees. Going Public Editorial takes a different approach: we write for the founder who is still deciding whether to list, and we write honestly about what happens after the bell — the governance burden, the activist pressure, the earnings call treadmill.
Our content is deliberately selective — we publish fewer than two dozen pieces per year, each researched and edited to the standard of a long-form magazine feature. No daily news. No deal announcements. Just strategy.
